Job summary

AnthroMed Education is seeking Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF / CFY) for the 2026–2027 year in Delaware. You will support K-6 students with a variety of communication disorders, performing therapy, evaluations, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Eligible for Delaware SLP licensure.
• Passion for working in school-based settings.
• Strong collaboration skills and openness to mentorship.
• Open to new graduates completing their CFY.

Responsibilities

• Therapy, evaluations, and multidisciplinary team collaboration for K-6 students.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 45 students.
• Provide CFY mentorship and supervision throughout the fellowship year.
• Support district-wide placement by working with school teams and IEP processes.
