Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, communication, and swallowing disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on resident needs and goals.
• Provide therapy services focused on communication, cognition, and dysphagia management.
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy staff, physicians, and families regarding resident progress and care planning.
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in accordance with facility standards.
