Job summary

Ultimate Therapy Services is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time position at Autumn Lake at Oak Manor in Burtonsville, MD. The role offers a competitive rate of $45–$48/hour and is open to both experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates.

Qualifications

• Active Maryland SLP license or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship (CFY).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Skilled nursing experience is welcomed but not required.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on resident goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapy focused on communication, cognition, and dysphagia management.
