Job summary

Preftherapy is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP/CFY) to serve in Moodus and Marlborough, CT. The role involves splitting time between two facilities, with travel time paid between sites in one day.

Qualifications

• Current Speech Language Pathologist license or eligibility to practice in CT.
• CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) candidate acceptable.
• Experience in sub-acute/skilled nursing settings preferred.
• Strong computer skills and attention to detail in documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy in sub-acute/skilled nursing facilities.
• Collaborate with rehab and nursing teams in a supportive, team-based environment.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation and compliance with regulations.
