USA Staffing Network in Watkins Glen / Montour Falls, NY, seeks a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders in a skilled nursing setting.

The role offers a pay range of $35.96–$50.08 per hour, daytime schedule, and rotating weekend coverage. CFs are encouraged to apply, with licensure in NY or eligibility and CCC-SLP preferred for experienced candidates.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
• New York State SLP license or eligibility for licensure
• CFs welcome - Could take an experienced CFY with autonomy across settings
• CCC-SLP preferred for experienced candidates
• Skilled nursing, rehab, long-term care, or post-acute experience preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

Responsibilities

• Perform speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans with measurable goals
• Provide skilled therapy based on physician referrals and patient needs
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Document evaluations, treatments, and patient outcomes accurately and on time
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and safety strategies
• Collaborate with providers, nursing staff, and rehabilitation team members
• Supervise rehab aides in accordance with state guidelines
• Maintain current clinical knowledge through continuing education
• Support high-quality, person-centered care across the rehab program
