Job summary

Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Slovak-speaking Customer Service Agent based in Greece to support Mercedes customers remotely. You will handle inquiries via phone, email and chat, with full training provided. A relocation package is included and a competitive monthly salary with a performance bonus is offered.

Candidates must have Slovak at C1/C2 level and strong English. EU passport and willingness to relocate to Greece are required.

Qualifications

• Must have Slovak at C1/C2 level, written and spoken.
• Native language and nationality must be clearly listed in CV/cover letter.
• EU passport is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote customer support for Mercedes clients via phone, email and online chat.
• Handle inquiries from customers and escalate as needed.
• Receive full training prior to starting.
