Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Materials Coordinator for the 1st shift in Texas. The role focuses on slotting optimization, inventory management, and coordination of material movements on-site.

Responsibilities include maintaining SAP/WMS records, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring accurate deliveries to engineers and production areas. Candidates should have data-entry experience and be able to work a first-shift schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0-1 years data entry/dispatch experience preferred.
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems desired.
• Ability to operate material handling equipment (MHE).

Responsibilities

• Analyze SKU velocity, dimensions, weight, and order frequency to optimize slotting locations.
• Develop and maintain slotting plans to maximize storage and productivity.
• Monitor inventory movement and adjust slotting based on trends and demand.
• Coordinate product relocations and re-slotting activities.
• Use WMS to manage locations and records.
