Job summary

Station Casinos’ Boulder Station is seeking a Slots Assistant Shift Manager for the Grave shift in Las Vegas. You will oversee the Slot Department’s day-to-day operations and supervise Lead Floor Supervisors and Slot Ambassadors to ensure smooth floor performance.

Strong communication, coaching, and disciplinary skills are required, along with knowledge of slot equipment and solid computer and organizational abilities to manage scheduling and procedures on the casino floor.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21+.
• 1 year Slot Supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.
• Knowledge of slot equipment and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day Slot Department operations.
• Direct Lead Floor Supervisors and Slot Ambassadors.
• Provide feedback on procedures for efficiencies and controls.
• Schedule staff and ensure coverage for grave shift.

Reviews internal controls relative to movement of sensitive materials on the slot floor. Communicates long term goals and direction to Slot department. Supervises, coaches, counsels, disciplines. Responsible for scheduling.

Qualifications:

Minimum age requirement is 21. Minimum 1 year experience in a Slot Supervisory position preferred. Effective communication skills. Ability to coach, develop, counsel and discipline. Knowledge of slot equipment. Excellent computer and organizational skills.
