Job summary

WarHorse Gaming, a division of Ho-Chunk, Inc., is seeking a Slot Technician I in Lincoln, Nebraska. The role covers installation, repair, relocation, and preventive maintenance of slot machines to minimize downtime and ensure guest satisfaction.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, 1 year of experience in a slot/tech field, and familiarity with slot machines, electronics or PC systems. Evening/night shifts, weekends, and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with slot machines, electronics, or PC technical systems preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and slot systems required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure slot machine serviceability and maintain repair records.
• Maintain equipment to approved standards and schedules, aiming for maximum game uptime.
• Assist guests with property and game information as needed.
• Troubleshoot and repair electronic gaming equipment to component level.
• Collaborate with Slot Operations and management for smooth technical operations.
