PROPERTY PROFILE: Seminole Brighton Bay Hotel & Casino features nearly 38,000 sq ft of gaming space, including 640 slot machines, 18 table games, a smoke-free area with 104 slots, and a high-limit area with 42 slots and four tables. Responsibilities

JOB SUMMARY:

This role oversees all aspects of Slot Machine maintenance and repair. Mechanical, electronic, arcade, or ATM repair experience is advantageous. Strong troubleshooting skills are preferred. A sign-on bonus of $1,000 may be available after 90 days, for hires in January 2022.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

  • Perform repairs and maintenance on Slot machines and gaming equipment
  • Install, configure, and test slot machines per manufacturer guidelines and policies
  • Replace failed components during upgrades, following manufacturer instructions
  • Ensure all slot machines operate according to standards
  • Rebuild parts during downtime and manage inventory
  • Prioritize tasks to meet business needs
  • Perform repairs across the assigned area
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
  • Set up and test new slot products
  • Complete regulatory and operational documentation accurately
  • Assist in training staff and developing new procedures
  • Protect company assets and ensure equipment integrity
  • Comply with Gaming Commission regulations and company policies
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma/GED; mechanical/electronic aptitude preferred
  • At least one year of Slot Repair experience in a casino
  • Proficiency with hand tools and testing equipment, excellent communication skills
  • Basic computer skills; practical knowledge preferred
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with electro-mechanical skills
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Commitment to excellence and adherence to policies
  • Effective communication in English
  • Basic math skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate effectively

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
