Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job Summary

Catawba Two Kings Casino is hiring Slot Technicians to join our team! Under the guidance of the Service Technical Coordinator and Slot Director the slot technician ensures all gaming technologies are kept in good working order in accordance with the operational standards and gaming regulations.

Responsibilities

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing.
• Ability to work an alternate schedule as needed.
• Ability to work in a loud fast-paced environment (may occasionally be exposed to secondhand cigarette smoke).
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays based on business needs.

Physical Requirements

While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to reach with hands and arms; bend to open/use lower drawers or cabinetry; to talk, hear, and see. Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
