Job summary

Caesars Entertainment in Maryland seeks a Slot Performance Supervisor to lead the slot operations team, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive service excellence on the floor. You will supervise slot technicians, plan projects with the Slot Performance Manager, train staff, review documentation, and maintain asset integrity while delivering legendary guest service and strict adherence to policies.

Responsibilities

• Produces technical machine operation evaluations in resolving customer disputes and regulation compliance.
• Supervises control of keys and locks to maintain security of assets.
• Responsible for control of parts distribution, inventory, tools and equipment.
• Works with other departments or outside contractors to ensure work is completed as requested.
• Reviews paperwork completed by slot technician staff for accuracy.
• Observes slot floor operation and evaluates technicians' performance.
• Provides legendary guest service to resolve guest complaints and disputes.

Job Summary

What You Will Need

• Associate degree (or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school) or 3-5 years equivalent training/experience required.
• Must possess strong interpersonal, coaching and leadership skills.
• Strong gaming, managerial, administrative, and financial acumen skills.
• 4 to 6 years experience in Slot Performance or Operations.
• Demonstrated ability to deal effectively with employees at all levels.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to handle complex and emotional issues.

Physical, Mental and Environmental Demands:

• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be able to sit, stand or walk for long periods of time (8-12 hours).
• Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions, when handling employee conflicts and/or guest disputes.
• Must be able to maneuver throughout all areas of the property and from floor to floor either by stairways, elevator, or escalator.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 75 lbs.; and, have the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop and kneel.
• Responds to visual and aural cues.
• Must have the manual dexterity to operate a computer and other necessary tools and office equipment.
• Must be able to tolerate areas containing dust, loud noises and bright lights.
• Must be able to work varied shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
