Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa seeks a Slot Technician II to troubleshoot, maintain, and repair slot machines, Class II bingo devices, and VLTs in the Slot Repair Shop and on the casino floor.

Ideal candidates have a strong electronics background, familiarity with slot network systems, and experience in a regulated gaming environment. This role supports operational reliability and guest satisfaction while adhering to internal controls and gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in electronics or IT preferred.
• Certifications from slot manufacturers are a plus.
• Minimum 2–4 years in slot repair or related electronics.
• Knowledge of TITO systems and slot accounting interfaces.
• Ability to read schematics and use test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair slot machines to component level.
• Apply electronic theory and diagnostics to resolve malfunctions.
• Assist with installation, relocation, and removal of slot machines.
• Perform preventive maintenance on slot signage and player tracking systems.
• Operate and maintain shop tools and equipment.
