Job summary

Morongo Casino Resort & Spa in Cabazon, CA seeks an entry-level Slot Technician I to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair slot machines and related equipment. You will support device integrity and provide guest-focused service while adhering to gaming regulations.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Technical training or coursework in electronics or IT preferred.
Slot machine manufacturer certifications (IGT, Aristocrat, Bally) are a plus.
1–2 years electronics repair or slot machine maintenance experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced casino environment.
Ability to read and follow instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and electronic issues on gaming and related equipment.
Use diagnostic tools and self-diagnostic features to identify malfunctions.
Operate shop equipment safely, including hand tools and electronic test instruments.
Perform routine preventive maintenance on gaming devices and signage.
Assist with installation, relocation, and setup of gaming machines and hardware.
Clean, inspect, and maintain external and internal components of slot machines.
Document maintenance activity, repair logs, and parts usage.
Follow internal controls and security procedures for slot machines and repairs.
