Qualifications

• Customer service and guest interaction skills.
• Ability to diagnose and repair slot/table game equipment.
• Experience with printers, bill acceptors, and related peripherals.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventative maintenance on all slot equipment.
• Check and verify peripheral devices are up to date and functioning.
• Test input/output on slot equipment to verify operation.
• Ensure security of all slot equipment and games.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair slot machine issues.
• Identify makes, models and manufacturers of slot cabinets and gaming equipment.
• Respond promptly to needs of slot personnel and guests.
• Setup and run tournament games.
• Perform preventive maintenance on table game shufflers and related equipment.
• General repairs on all equipment related to slots or table games.
