Caesars Entertainment in Reno is seeking team members to create a fun casino atmosphere by encouraging guests to join Caesars Rewards and assist in coupon and prize distribution. The role requires data entry proficiency for new applications and explaining rewards programs and promotions to guests.

To create a fun atmosphere in the casino by encouraging guests to sign up for Caesars Rewards and to assist in coupon/prize distribution. The employee must be proficient in data entry of all new applications. Explanation of Caesars Rewards, promotions, and special event functions. Establishes effective working relationships with co-workers and guests.
Provide friendly, courteous, professional service to all patrons of the casino
Exhibit professionalism during all guest and employee interactions
Must have patience when dealing with guests
Pleasant and outgoing attitude
Attending special events
Daily inventory of supplies
Must have the ability to provide our guests with excellent customer service, have excellent communication skills, observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests
Must be able to answer phones and display a consistently positive attitude. Must have basic job knowledge and a complete understanding of Caesars Rewards
Must accurately, neatly, and thoroughly complete assigned tasks
Enter and edit data quickly (mainly new application sign-ups); all should be edited at the point of “sale”
Prevent duplicate accounts being given
Must be multi-task oriented. Answer phones in a friendly and speedy manner reciting script provided
Must understand hotel functions on the computer
Must be self-motivated and willing to ask questions about projects and procedures
Must be over 21 years of age to work on casino floor
Excellent public speaking and communication required
Education: High school education or equivalent
Experience: At least two years customer service
Certificate/License: Gaming License required
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to handle stressful situations professionally
Must be able to walk or stand for eight hours
Must have excellent hearing to understand what is being said in a noisy atmosphere
Bring a positive and energetic personality

PERFORMANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have the ability to provide internal/ external guests with service excellence, have excellent communication skills and observation skills, and have an easygoing demeanor to ensure a fun and safe environment for our guests. Above average speech – both speaking and reading/writing English. Need excellent interpersonal skills. Work requires schedule flexibility which may include days off, nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.
