Job summary

Atlantis Casino Resort Spa in Reno, Nevada seeks a Slot Technician responsible for planning and coordinating all slot floor projects, repairing and maintaining casino slot machines, and ensuring excellent service to team members and guests.

You will troubleshoot minor and major machine issues, replace peripherals, perform software conversions, and support Slot Floor Managers to keep machines running with minimal downtime.

Qualifications

• Two years electronics/technical degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years Slot Technician experience in a casino environment.
• Experience with slot machine hardware/software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate all slot floor projects.
• Repair and maintain slot machines, including parts ordering and installation.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and perform preventative maintenance.
• Explain games to guests and maintain strong guest service on the floor.
• Assist Slot Floor personnel and perform software conversions as directed by management.
