Qualifications

• 3 years of slot technical experience in a casino environment
• Experience with troubleshooting and maintaining CDS data communications systems preferred; equivalent experience with related systems considered
• Strong knowledge of gaming equipment repair and ability to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and willingness to work as part of a team
• Committed to fostering a respectful, inclusive, and safety-conscious work environment
• Ability to access and input information using a moderately complex computer system

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company's guest service culture
• Repair and maintain slot machines, slot systems, and slot signage
• Perform slot conversions, floor projects, and other assignments
• Walk the casino floor to ensure slot machines and bill validators are operational; perform light maintenance including signage and bulb replacement
• Coordinate and execute the breakdown, relocation, and reinstallation of slot machines and stands
• Participate in a preventative maintenance program for slot machines and related equipment
