Job Overview

A Slot Attendant is responsible for fulfilling the service needs of slot players while ensuring an exceptional experience for all guests. The role requires working at a fast pace, operational savvy, enthusiasm, and resilience.

Essential Functions

1. Provide guest service and support by maintaining high visibility on the floor.
2. Deliver exceptional guest service through smiling, making eye contact, and verbally greeting all guests and team members.
3. Respond to guest needs, including slot machine inquiries, payouts, making change, processing jackpots, promotional participation, and maintenance/troubleshooting.
4. Maintain knowledge of Michigan Gaming Control Board regulations and company policies.
5. Communicate effectively with guests and team members in person, via radio, phone, and in writing.
6. Handle and secure cash funds proficiently.
7. Follow departmental procedures to protect gaming operations from loss.
8. Maintain proper use of mobile devices and participate in company programs and meetings.
9. Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
