A Slot Attendant ensures exceptional service for slot players, working in a fast-paced environment that requires operational savvy, enthusiasm, and resilience. A great team member is eager to serve, accurate, efficient, and maintains a positive attitude.

Essential Functions

1. Provides guest service and support by maintaining high visibility on the floor.
2. Delivers exceptional guest service through smiling, eye contact, and greeting all guests and team members.
3. Displays a sense of urgency to minimize wait times, maintaining a quick and purposeful pace.
4. Responds to guest needs, including inquiries, payouts, making change, processing jackpots, promotional participation, and slot maintenance.
5. Maintains knowledge of Michigan Gaming Control Board regulations and company policies.
6. Communicates effectively with guests and team members via various methods.
7. Handles and secures cash funds proficiently.
8. Follows procedures to protect gaming operations from loss.
9. Uses mobile devices appropriately during shifts.
10. Participates in company programs and meetings.
11. Assumes responsibility for job performance and maintains key controls.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.
