Description

SUMMARY: Responsible for providing exceptional guest service to all guests and ensuring gaming machines are constantly monitored. Ensure guest needs are met at all times. The ultimate goal is to help advance the Seminole Nation by delivering value and signature moments every day.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Creates and supports a work environment focused on building high-trust relationships by extending support and respect to all.
  • Works with the Gaming Tech Department to guide personnel and ensure efficient operation of the slot floor during their shift.
  • Oversees daily slot operations and ensures compliance with policies and procedures in the absence of the Supervisor.
  • Performs minor slot machine repairs, including ticket and bill jams, and ticket replenishment as needed.
  • Maintains an accurate count of paper inventory.
  • Ensures safe operation of equipment, tools, and materials.
  • Prepares all required paperwork.
  • Answers guest questions regarding machine play and promotions.
  • Reports disputes and unusual guest activities to the Director of Gaming.
  • Promotes positive guest relations through prompt, courteous, and efficient service.
  • Provides complimentary services to customers.
  • Maintains a clean, safe, and healthy work environment for employees and guests.
  • Reports concerns promptly to the Supervisor.
  • Assists in training new Slot Attendants.
Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Education: Equivalent to a high school education with 3 to 12 months of related experience.

Managerial Responsibility: No supervisory responsibility.

Problem Solving: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as policies, procedures, and maintenance instructions. Responds effectively to inquiries from employees and guests. Must be a team player.

Physical Demands: Moderate physical exertion required, including standing for long periods, repetitive lifting of lightweight objects, bending, and occasional lifting of objects over 50 pounds.

Workplace Environment: Indoors with frequent exposure to loud noises and fumes, including cigarette smoke.
