A leading company is seeking a Slot Attendant to ensure exceptional guest service and effective operation of gaming machines. The role involves monitoring slot operations, assisting guests, and ensuring compliance with gaming policies. Ideal candidates have strong problem-solving skills and a high school level education with some relevant experience.
SUMMARY: Responsible for providing exceptional guest service to all guests and ensuring gaming machines are constantly monitored. Ensure guest needs are met at all times. The ultimate objective of this position is to help advance the Seminole Nation by delivering value and signature moments every day.
Knowledge, Skills, Experience, and Education: Equivalent to a high school education with three (3) to twelve (12) months of related experience.
Managerial Responsibility: No supervisory responsibility.
Problem Solving: Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as policies, procedures, and maintenance instructions. Responds effectively to inquiries from employees or guests. Must be a team player.
Physical Demands: Moderate physical exertion including long periods of standing, repetitive lifting of lightweight objects, bending, and stooping. Occasionally lifts objects over 50 pounds.
Workplace Environment: Indoor environment with frequent exposure to loud noises and fumes, such as cigarette smoke.
