Job summary

Augustine Casino is seeking a reliable Slot Attendant to welcome guests, assist with payouts, jackpots and machine issues on the casino floor. You will maintain a clean work area, educate guests on play, handle cash transactions, and ensure machines are functioning properly.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service, basic math skills, and the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. A Gaming License and Title 31 training within 90 days are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Six months of experience in customer service.
• Six months of experience in cash handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Must obtain and maintain a Gaming License from Augustine Gaming Commission.
• Must complete Title 31 training within 90 days of employment.

Summary

• We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Slot Attendant to join our team at Augustine Casino. As a Slot Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have a memorable gaming experience by assisting with their slot machine needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist guests with slot machine payouts, jackpots, and machine malfunctions.
• Monitor the slot floor for any potential issues and report them to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area and ensure slot machines are in good working condition.
• Educate guests on how to play slot machines and answer any questions they may have.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Slot Attendants maintain a bank, accurately and effectively breaking/changing bills, redeem slot tickets, perform basic math such as addition, subtraction and multiplication to determine sum of bill/ vouchers and to explain pervious plays/pays.
• Adhere to all casino policies and procedures.
