Job summary

Feather Falls Casino is seeking motivated individuals for the Dual Rate Slot Ambassador role in California's Northern region. The position reports to the Slot Supervisor and Slot Department Manager and is a full-time team member eligible for medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus a generous PTO plan and 401K with match.

Must be 21+ and able to pass background checks. Responsibilities include guest service, gaming machine payouts, hopper fills, and providing promotions and information

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Customer service experience preferred; money-handling experience a plus.
• Good communication and problem solving skills required.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain exemplary guest relations.
• Provide pertinent gaming instruction to guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and assist in payout procedures.
• Supervise Ambassadors when coverage is needed.
• Adhere to Casino and department policies and procedures at all times.
• Maintain a professional image at all times.
• Record and report any suspicious activity per policy.

Position Purpose

Provides service to all guests in an expedient, courteous and accurate manner. Provides information on promotions, entertainment, lodging, etc. to enhance the guest’s experience. Responsible for customer service, gaming machine payouts, and gaming machine hopper fills.

Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Establish and maintain exemplary guest relations.
• Provide pertinent gaming instruction to guests in a friendly, courteous manner.
• Greet customers, answer questions, and assist in payout procedures.
• Supervise Ambassadors when coverage is needed.
• Adhere to Casino and department policies and procedures at all times.
• Maintain a professional image at all times.
• Recording and reporting any suspicious activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and Feather Falls Casino Internal control policy Suspicious Activity Compliance Program.

Qualifications

Education Level – High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
