Job summary

Feather Falls Casino is seeking a friendly Brewery Host Cashier to join our Food and Beverage team in Northern California. You will greet guests, manage ta–go orders, and assist with table service while handling the register and cash transactions.

The role requires excellent customer service, a reliable appearance, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Eligible for benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, plus 401K with match and PTO.

Responsibilities

Position Purpose

Responsible for greeting guests with a smile, escorting them to tables, providing menus, answering phones, taking to-go orders and facilitating Curbside Service.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet guests, escort them to tables, and provide menus.
• In charge of the register, to include processing cash and credit card transactions, tipping out wait staff, and balancing the register at the end of the shift.
• Host/Hostess & Cashier may assist wait staff with various tasks when needed, i.e. bussing and setting up tables, serving non-alcoholic beverages, etc.
• Ensure each table is set with table linens, silverware, and other dining room supplies.
• Answer all phone calls in a professional and timely manner.
• Inform all guests of special events upon inquiry, answer questions regarding restaurant operations, and take reservations.
• Take all to-go orders, both over the phone, and guests at counter.
• Knowledgeable in accepting all coupons, comps, and dining vouchers.
• Must be professional, polite, and reliable and maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Recording and reporting any suspicious activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act (Title 31) and Feather Falls Casino Internal control policy Suspicious Activity Compliance Program.
