Job summary

Feather Falls Casino is seeking a Cocktail/Drink Server to provide attentive beverage service to patrons at gaming machines, table games, and lounge areas. You will take orders, deliver drinks, collect payments, and ensure accurate change, while maintaining a courteous demeanor in a fast-paced casino setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of related experience, with a Class B Gaming License or ability to obtain one.

Qualifications

• Education Level - High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Experience - Minimum 2 years experience in a related field.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and other employees.
• Class B Gaming License (as provided for a nominal fee with a clean background)

Responsibilities

• Take drink orders; deliver drinks and collect payment for drinks served.
• Always count change back to customers.
• Request identification from customers when legal age is questioned.
• Stay current on special offers and drink prices during Happy Hour and regular hours.
• Know and provide information about upcoming events, including entertainment and customer promotions.
• Be knowledgeable of section/zone designations throughout the Casino.
• When delivering drinks and/or walking your assigned section, pick up any used bar glasses/cups and return them to the bar.
• Light and extinguish candles in lounge areas and assist in cleaning when closing.
• Direct problems to the Lounge Supervisor or Manager.
• Maintain a courteous attitude and professional appearance at all times.
• Record and report any suspicious activity as defined by the Bank Secrecy Act and Feather Falls Casino Internal control policy Suspicious Activity Compliance Program.

Position Purpose

Education and/or Experience
