Job summary

Aquarius Gaming, LLC in Laughlin, NV is seeking a Slot Attendant to deliver prompt, courteous service on the casino floor. You will handle jackpots, vouchers, and small repairs while keeping the area clean and secure.

You will support guest interactions, manage currency banks, and collaborate with Operations and Security to ensure compliance with gaming laws. Previous cash handling and basic IT skills are a plus; 21+ and work-card readiness required.

Qualifications

• 6 months in guest service or casino operations preferred.
• Ability to multitask and stay professional in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn slot machines, payout procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Experience with cash handling and operating systems (computers, radios, scanners, adding machines).
• English communication skills required; 21+ years old; Nevada work cards and right-to-work in the U.S. required.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous guest service on the casino floor.
• Monitor assigned slot sections; keep area clean and welcoming.
• Respond to service lights, process jackpots, redeem vouchers, and perform minor machine repairs.
• Enter jackpot data accurately into the computer system and refill printer vouchers.
• Maintain and secure currency banks; follow money-handling procedures.
• Coordinate with Casino Operations and Security to report unusual activity and ensure compliance with laws and internal controls.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
