Responsibilities

• Set up, troubleshoot, adjust and repair equipment for paper roll production.
• Drive forklifts and clamp trucks, requisition raw material and move materials in ERP.
• Lead by communicating, directing and teaching others; make sound business decisions when/where necessary.
• Ensure Packers, Operators, and Material Handlers perform their jobs properly and maintain quality.
