Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate Slitter Machine according to production orders and quality standards.
• Set up and operate slitting equipment efficiently.
• Communicate with Material Handlers about material requirements.
• Troubleshoot faults during machine operation.
• Follow safety practices and maintain a clean work area.

Skills

Ability to read and understand production orders and verbal instructions

Ability to neatly and accurately record data

Ability to calculate basic math problems

Ability to read a tape measure accurately

Must be able to push, pull, or make other movements to transfer material

Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. of weight

Education

High school or equivalent
