Job summary

Alliance Industrial Solutions in Solon, OH is urgently hiring a Machine Operator. You will set up and operate slitting machines used to produce quality metal materials to customer specifications on 1st or 2nd shift. Pay ranges from $20 to $25 per hour with start ASAP.

• Experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operating.
• Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
• Safety-focused and dependable.
• Willingness to learn and follow training instructions.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, and operate slitting machines
• Load materials onto machines and adjust settings based on specifications
• Monitor machine operations, gauges, and control boards
• Inspect materials for defects or machine malfunctions
• Package, handle, and protect finished materials
• Assist other operators with setup, adjustments, and production needs
• Complete work orders and production reports accurately
• Follow all safety procedures and maintain awareness around operating equipment
• Perform additional production floor duties as assigned
