Job summary

TOPPAN Packaging Americas is seeking a Slitter Operator I in Waco, TX. You will operate slitting, core cutting, and roll-wrapping equipment, perform quality checks, and document production data while following GMPs and SOPs.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, reading and writing English, and basic data-entry skills. Pay is $23.02/hour with a $1.00/hour shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts; benefits include medical/dental/vision and 401(k).

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate slitting, core cutting, and roll-wrapping equipment.
• Perform quality checks before, during, and after production runs.
• Maintain production records and document data.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, 5S and allergen-control requirements.
