Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Fast-paced manufacturing experience preferred.
• English reading/writing and effective communication.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills required.
• Experience with pallet wrapping, forklifts or material-handling equipment.
• Ability to operate or learn overhead hoist systems.
• Dependable and able to work rotating shifts.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Follow safety procedures and customer specifications.

Responsibilities

• Assist with safe operation of slitting and roll-handling equipment.
• Set up and operate core cutting and roll-wrapping equipment.
• Cut cores to required sizes and maintain supply for upcoming jobs.
• Palletize finished rolls and move products to designated areas.
• Perform quality checks before and after production runs.
• Review customer specifications to ensure finished products meet requirements.
• Conduct final inspections of finished rolls.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, 5S, and DTM requirements.
• Report safety concerns and equipment issues promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
• Participate in GPS activities and continuous improvement initiatives.
