Job summary

Loparex LLC in Malvern, PA is seeking a high-energy Slitter Operator/Films Helper to support extrusion base and silicone-coated release liner production. The role requires 24/7 rotating shifts with two weeks of days and two weeks of nights, including two weekends per month and overtime availability.

You will set up machines, thread film, monitor quality, input data, perform housekeeping, and assist with material handling and crane operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Good attendance and punctuality are essential.
• Team oriented with ability to cooperate with production leaders.
• Basic math and reading comprehension to follow instructions.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines and thread film, ensuring proper operation and rewind.
• Observe material flow to confirm specifications and quality.
• Operate machines to slit and rewind materials per standards.
• Input production data into shop floor systems for records.
• Assist with crane hoist, material handling, and housekeeping.
• Support continuous operations and communicate shift status to teams.
• Troubleshoot process issues to maintain productivity and quality.
