Job Description Amcor - Batavia, IL 60510 Pay: $26.41/hour Night shift premium: Additional $0.75/hour (if working nights) Bonus: $1,000 referral bonus Schedule: 12-hour shifts, 6 PM-6 AM, fixed 4-3 rotation

What You’ll Do

• Set up and run slitting machines to meet production standards
• Perform quality checks and document results
• Troubleshoot basic equipment issues
• Record production data and maintain clean work areas

Must Have

• Machine operator, manufacturing, production, packaging, printing, or web handling experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts on a fixed 4-3 schedule
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reliable attendance, safety focus, and teamwork skills

Preferred

• Accurate measurement skills
• Basic metric conversion knowledge
• Forklift or hand jack experience
• Experience helping train or guide team members
