C-P Flexible Packaging in Arkansas is seeking an experienced Slitter Operator for the 7:00pm to 7:00am shift. The role involves operating a slitter safely, loading/unloading rolls, and ensuring quality in line with company specifications.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate slitter machine safely and efficiently.
• Load and unload rolls on a slitter.
• Interpret orders, SOPs, labels, and tickets.
• Palletize finished goods per customer specs.
• Bag finished rolls and ensure accurate labeling.

C-P Flexible Packaging is looking for experienced Slitter Operators to join our finishing team on the 7:00pm to 7:00am shift . The Slitter Operator operates a slitter safely, efficiently, productively and produces a quality product in accordance with company and customer specifications.

Essential Job Functions & Responsibilities:

• Operate slitter machine
• Loading and unloading of rolls on a slitter
• Interpret and understand written information. (orders, SOP's, Lam. and print roll tickets etc.)
• Palletization ( building pallets of finished goods per customer specifications)
• Bagging of finished rolls
• Enter accurate information into computer and on production forms.
• Print out and attach accurate labels to finished rolls.
• Keep Machine and surrounding area safe and clean.
• Spot and determine visual defects.
• Cut out defects and splice together good material.
• Safely do all functions (i.e. lifting, cutting, etc.)
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
