Slitter Operator – 1st Shift Pay:$24.00 – $28.00 per hour (DOE) Job Type:Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Schedule: Monday – Thursday:6: 00 AM – 3: 00 PM Friday:6: 00 AM – 12: 00 PM Location:Roseville, MN

Position Overview

We are seeking a Slitter Operator to join our Converting team in a fast-paced label and packaging manufacturing environment. This position is responsible for operating slitting equipment used to convert finished materials into customer-ready products while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. Candidates with experience in slitting, laminating, coating, or other web handling processes are highly encouraged to apply. However, we are willing to train the right individual with strong machine operating experience and mechanical aptitude.

Key Responsibilities
