Job summary

AtWork! is seeking an experienced Delta Press Machine Operator for a label and packaging production role in Roseville, MN.

The 13-inch Delta press handles die cutting, laminating, slitting, and web handling, with a 1st shift schedule (Mon–Thu 6:00 AM–3:00 PM; Fri 6:00 AM–12:00 PM) and 40 hours per week. Qualifications include 2+ years on Delta presses, proficiency in die cutting, laminating and web processes, a HS diploma or GED, and strong troubleshooting skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of recent Delta press operating experience.
• Experience with die cutting, laminating, slitting, and web press operations.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize production needs.
• Manufacturing experience in labels, printing, packaging, or converting preferred.
• Must pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to maintain quality and production efficiency.

Pay:$24.00 – $26.00 per hour (DOE) Job Type:Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire Location:Roseville, MN 55108 Shift & Schedule:1st Shift Monday – Thursday: 6: 00 AM – 3: 00 PM Friday: 6: 00 AM – 12: 00 PM 40 hours per week with a daily 30-minute break
