Palace Entertainment is a subsidiary of Parques Reunidos, a global operator with more than 60 assets including theme parks, zoos, marine parks, and water parks across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Australia.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, assist with questions, and provide an engaging customer experience.
• Ensure positive interactions to guarantee quality service.
• Enforce height and weight restrictions for attractions.
• Handle guests who do not meet ride restrictions tactfully.
• Operate aquatic attractions safely.
• Supervise attractions, ensuring policies and safety protocols are followed.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and escalate emergencies appropriately.
• Participate in park clean-up activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.

Qualifications:

• No formal education required; previous experience not necessary.
• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong safety awareness and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical ability to stand/walk for long periods and swim/wade in water up to 36 inches deep.
