Job Summary

Be the frontline hero keeping the thrills safe and the fun going at Slick City Action Park! As an Action Monitor, you’ll monitor attractions, enforce rules with a smile, and help create unforgettable experiences for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Actively monitor slides, courts, and attractions for guest safety and rule compliance.
• Respond quickly and calmly to incidents and follow all reporting procedures.
• Provide friendly guest service while maintaining authority.
• Inspect attractions, report hazards, and keep areas clean.
• Support the team during busy periods.
• Complete ongoing safety training.

Qualifications

• Guest-facing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to stay alert in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude with a strong desire to learn

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand/walk for 6–8 hours, respond quickly, and stay active in a loud, high‑energy environment with flashing lights.
