Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate the Sleeter machine safely to meet daily production goals.
• Perform machine make-readies and report output accurately.
• Troubleshoot machine issues and adjust as needed.
• Maintain 5S standards and follow safety policies.
• Work overtime to cover additional shifts when required.
• Ensure correct raw materials, sizes, colors, and quantities are produced.
• Document production and perform quality checks on output.
