Job summary

Golden Touch is seeking a creative Designer, Sleepwear to lead the development of sleepwear collections in the Jaclyn division. You will partner with cross-functional teams from concept to final spec, ensuring alignment with customer needs and seasonal milestones.

Based in New York, this onsite role reports to the Design Director and offers the chance to mentor junior designers while managing multiple calendars and global production partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field
• 4+ years of apparel design experience, sleepwear-focused
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator; Photoshop a plus
• Experience with PLM systems preferred

Responsibilities

• Design trend-right sleepwear collections that align with customer needs and brand direction
• Create seasonal concepts, mood boards, CADs, sketches, colorways, and presentations
• Develop tech packs and design packages for cross-functional teams and overseas partners
• Collaborate with Product Development, Technical Design, Production, Sales and Sourcing
• Mentor Assistant/Associate Designers and manage workload
