Job Summary:

TForce Freight is seeking a reliable and experienced LTL Sleeper Team Road Driver to partner with another driver. Together, you will transport freight across regional and non-regional routes, ensuring timely deliveries and high customer satisfaction. Join our expanding logistics team!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operate a commercial vehicle safely and efficiently to various locations.
2. Ensure cargo is loaded and secured properly before departure.
3. Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely deliveries and addressing customer inquiries.
4. Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
5. Follow all transportation regulations and safety protocols.
6. Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, routes, and cargo conditions.
7. Communicate with dispatch regarding schedules, delays, and issues.

Qualifications:

• Impeccable customer service skills and dedication.
• Valid Class A CDL in the resident state.
• Hazmat, tanker, and doubles endorsements.
• Minimum age: 21 years.
• Meet all DOT and company requirements.
• Ability to perform safety-sensitive functions without risk of injury.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• U.S. citizen or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
