Job summary

SuperCare Health in the Western U.S. is seeking a TeleCare Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of the TeleCare team, including Coaches and RTs, to support our sleep program and ensure timely patient contact.

You will own escalation processes, coordinate across Sales, Field Operations, Customer Service, and Revenue Cycle Management, and drive performance through coaching, training, and data-driven reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of experience in sleep therapy or PAP compliance.
• Experience supervising phone queue, call center, or high-volume patient outreach operations preferred.
• Experience with DME or home respiratory care operations preferred.
• Familiarity with payer compliance requirements (Medicare, managed care) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day supervision of TeleCare Coaches and RTs within the TeleCare Team, including phone queue coverage and workload balance.
• Oversee patient task and outcome management in the compliance software.
• Own the Department Escalations process for non-engaged patients (Day 30 to Day 90+).
• Align Coach/RT assignments to field operations areas and support growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Field Operations, Customer Service, and Revenue Cycle Management to align on patient volume and outcomes.
• Manage virtual setup workload for remote PAP equipment setups and coordinate with third-party partners.
