Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience as a sleep tech.
• Registered Polysomnography Technologist (RPSGT) required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform polysomnography procedures per physician orders and patient care plans.
• Adapt testing procedures and equipment to patient needs.
• Ensure accurate billing and documentation of services provided.
• Explain teaching strategies for patients with vision/hearing/mental status considerations.
