Qualifications

• Accredited Sleep Technology program required.
• RPSGT/BRPT credentials or eligible required for advancement.
• 1 year experience in sleep tech preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares equipment and testing setup for sleep studies.
• Interviews patients to determine sleep disorder issues and explains testing procedures.
• Performs sleep testing and any required additional testing.
• Scores, interprets and reports sleep study results.
• Educates patients about test results, sleep disorders, and available resources.
• Maintains and troubleshoots testing equipment; reports repairs.
