Job summary

Dreem Health, powered by Sunrise, is seeking a Sleep Technologist to join our treatment team and support patients on their journey to better sleep and health. You will initiate PAP therapy, monitor adherence, and provide hands-on support to overcome challenges and improve treatment outcomes.

This role offers a chance to influence care at every stage, from setup to long-term follow-up, within a dynamic, patient-centered telehealth environment."

Qualifications

RPSGT credential or NBRC RTT certification is required.
Must be certified/registered/licensed to practice in CA.
Ability to initiate PAP therapy and monitor adherence per policy.
Ability to troubleshoot PAP devices.
Experience with EMR/EHR systems or databases.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted partner to patients throughout their sleep therapy journey.
Lead as part of treatment team from initiation of PAP therapy to long-term follow-up.
Monitor patient adherence and address challenges to improve outcomes.
Support patients with devices and troubleshooting as needed.
