Job summary

Dreem Health, By Sunrise in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Sleep Technologist to join our digital sleep clinic. You will initiate PAP therapy, monitor adherence, and provide hands-on support across the patient care journey.

Must hold an RPSGT or NBRC-RT credential, be licensed in CA, with strong communication and tech skills. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems and remote RPM tools like Airview is required.

Qualifications

• Must have an active RPSGT credential from BRPT or be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (NBRC) with current credentials.
• Must be certified, registered, or licensed to practice in the state of California.
• Experience initiating PAP therapy and monitoring adherence per company policy.

What You Bring

• Holds an RPSGT credential from the BRPT (or an equivalent certification), or is a Registered Respiratory Therapist from the NBRC (or an equivalent certification);
• Must be certified, registered, or licensed to practice in the state of California;
• Ability to initiate PAP therapy and to monitor adherence according to company policy.
• Ability to troubleshoot PAP devices.
• Experience with an EMR/EHR system or database system
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills
• Comfort with digital tools, multitasking, and a dynamic team environment
• A genuine passion for patient care, improving healthcare access and patient outcomes

What Makes You Stand Out

• Strong preference for those licensed in CA and NC, along with AZ (RTT), CO (RTT only)and MD (RTT only) followed by TN and OH
• Prior experience in a durable medical equipment (DME) setting or sleep medicine practice, including hands-on experience with mask fitting and selection, PAP setup, troubleshooting equipment issues, and monitoring patient adherence to PAP therapy
• Technical knowledge of RPM and remote software (e.g., Airview).
• An understanding of healthcare insurances and billing
• High level of empathy and understanding of patients' needs as you strive to provide exceptional patient service and support throughout their care journey.
