Neurocare, Inc. in Boston at Tufts Medical Center is seeking Sleep Technologists to join our team. Flexible full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts are available, with overtime and additional pay for scoring studies or assisting with extra patients.

You will conduct overnight PSG studies, ensure high-quality recordings, monitor multiple patients, and support the sleep lab team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year Sleep Technologist experience.
• RPSGT or CPSGT preferred.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must meet Tufts Medical Center onboarding requirements (drug screen).

Responsibilities

• Perform overnight polysomnographic studies.
• Obtain high-quality, artifact-free PSG recordings.
• Monitor two patients during overnight testing.
• Perform PAP titrations.
• Calibrate and troubleshoot sleep equipment.
• Provide excellent patient care and reassurance throughout the study.
• Document study events and observations accurately.
• Collaborate with clinical and technical teams.

What You'll Do:

As a Sleep Technologist, you'll work directly with patients while obtaining high-quality polysomnographic recordings used to diagnose and treat sleep disorders. Responsibilities include:

• Perform overnight polysomnographic studies
• Obtain high-quality, artifact-free PSG recordings
• Monitor two patients during overnight testing
• Perform PAP titrations
• Calibrate and troubleshoot sleep equipment
• Provide excellent patient care, education and reassurance throughout the study
• Accurately document study events and observations
• Work collaboratively with our clinical and technical teams

What We're Looking For:

• HS Diploma or GED
  
• 1+ year of Sleep Technologist experience
• RPSGT or CPSGT preferred
  
• Current CPR certification
• Sleep study scoring experience is a plusDependable, professional and patient-focused
• Comfortable working independently in an overnight environment
• Must be able to meet Tufts Medical Center onboarding requirements, including a hospital 10-panel drug screen that includes marijuana
