Job summary

Bayview Physicians Group is seeking a skilled Sleep Technologist for both in-center and at-home sleep studies in the Hampton Roads area. The role covers setup, monitoring, scoring, and reporting under medical director supervision.

Candidates must hold Virginia polysomnographic licensure and a national credential (RST/RPSGT/SDS) with CPR/BCLS certification. Strong communication and teamwork are essential in our collaborative sleep center environment.

Qualifications

• Virginia license in Polysomnographic Technology or equivalent.
• Credentialed by a national certifying board (RST/RPSGT/SDS).
• Valid CPR or BCLS certification.
• Proficiency with sleep study software and electronic documentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and setup sleep studies, calibrate sensors, educate patients.
• Monitor studies, score sleep stages, manage data quality and reports.
• Coordinate OCST setup and patient education for home testing.
• Maintain equipment, track inventory, ensure HIPAA and infection-control standards.
