The Sleep Lab Tech II will conduct and evaluate polysomnography and a variety of sleep related physiological measurements that may occur overnight or during the day. The Sleep Lab Tech II will also be required to work closely with study teams in evaluating these assessments. RPSGT (Board of Registered Polysomnographic Technologists) certification is required.Job Description:

Essential Responsibilities

• Coordinates full or cardiopulmonary recordings along with monitoring Oxygen Saturation
• Partners with the research team and physicians to monitor and document physiological responses, titrate positive airway pressure, and recognize and treat residual sleep apnea in real time.
• Collects and finalizes data using various ambulatory sleep recording systems (e.g., oximetry, ambulatory blood pressure, M1 and actigraphy).

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1-3 years related work experience required.
• Experience with computer systems required, including web based applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Access.

Pay Range

$31.50 - $42.39

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geographyof work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law. Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
